Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our growing team in Miami. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential and are eager to develop managerial, strategic, and operational skills within a dynamic business environment. As a Trainee Leader, you will undergo structured training while working closely with senior leadership to gain hands-on experience in team coordination, performance management, and business development initiatives.
