• Resident Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management of a 680‑unit community
• This role is responsible for delivering a high‑touch, hospitality‑driven resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards

• Oversee all daily operations of the assigned property
• Manage vendors, expenses, purchasing, and inventory
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Manage leasing activities, renewals, pricing, and vacancy planning
• Achieve competitive occupancy and rental growth targets
• Analyze market trends and competitive properties
• Conduct move‑ins, move‑outs, and inspections
• Plan and execute resident community events
• Monitor resident feedback and online reputation
• Ensure Fair Housing, ADA, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes
