As the Senior Manager / Manager, Retail Talent Management, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day‑day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Ensure we always have the best retail talent for our business needs through effective, timely actions.
- Ensure we consistently acquire the best talent for the business.
- Accelerate productivity and cultural integration with minimal business disruptions.
- Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential.
- Maximize and accelerate the growth of high‑performing talent.
- Inspire sustained performance and commitment to the brand.
- Effectively organize resources to business needs while minimizing wastage.
- Accelerate stabilization and productivity with minimal business disruptions.
- Facilitate smooth transitions while mitigating undue risk.
- Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk.
The Senior Manager / Manager, Retail Talent Management has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience to perform in the role, including:
- Broad knowledge in people & culture
- Experience supporting and executing on employee talent life cycles, specifically for retail
- A commitment to learn and apply the brand's values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
