This position will primarily support low-rise multifamily developments (3–5 stories) throughout Florida,
Southeast and Central Florida each typically ranging from $40M to $60M in project value

The Project Manager will serve as the owner’s advocate and project leader
, to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The company partners with third-party general contractors to build their developments, and this role will act as the daily eyes and ears for the ownership team
, protecting the company’s investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.
Key responsibilities include oversight across preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution
, while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.
This role will focus on ground-up multifamily residential projects ranging from 160–200 units
, with attractive design and finish levels.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up multifamily residential construction
- Experience working with developers and general contractors is strongly preferred.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required
- Must be local to or within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- Ability to visit job sites and report progress.
