About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all participants.

Develop and implement innovative programs that meet the needs of the community.

Lead, mentor, and manage staff to enhance their professional growth and performance.

Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.

Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Promote the center through effective marketing and outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field;
Master’s preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or leadership roles.

Strong understanding of community needs and resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Experience with budget management and financial oversight.

Passion for community service and making a difference.

Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
