Senior Case Manager (Negotiations & Settlements)
- Full-time
- Compensation: USD 85,000 - USD 125,000 - yearly
Responsible for leading a team of senior case managers within the personal injury practice to achieve settlement targets, ensure quality client service, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of senior case managers
- Drive monthly settlement performance and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and targets
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
- Monitor pipeline, case progression, projections, and closing outcomes
- Hold team members accountable to productivity, quality, and client service standards
- Oversee the full lifecycle of case management, including client communication, negotiations, documentation, and settlements
- Handle escalated client matters and ensure timely, professional resolution
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Implement and maintain quality control standards through audits and process oversight
- Identify operational gaps and drive workflow improvements and efficiencies
- Develop internal talent, build leadership capability, and support succession planning
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and internal procedures
- Full-time, on-site position based in Miami Lakes, FL

- Occasional weekend availability may be required for training or business needs

- Paid Time Off: All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for Paid Time Off. You will accrue a total of 4.62 hours per pay period for a total of three (3) weeks per year.
- Health Benefits: All employees who work 30 hours per week and above will be eligible for benefits starting on the 1st day of the month following their start date. The firm covers a fixed amount which typically covers 40 - 65% of the employee premium, depending on the selected plan. The medical insurance plans include options for national coverage and free mental health services.
There are also dental plans (with unlimited coverage) and vision plans to choose from at the employee’s expense. - Disability Benefits: All employees who work 30 hours per week will have Short-term and Long-term Disability benefits, paid for by the firm.
- Life Insurance: 1X earnings life insurance coverage paid for by the firm. Supplemental accidental death and dismemberment benefit matches your life insurance coverage.
- Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, Hospital Confinement Indemnity insurance, Term Life insurance, and Whole life insurance
- Retirement: All employees who work 30 hours per week and above qualify for the 401(K) plan. After the employee completes one year of service, the firm will match 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2%, with immediate vesting.
- Minimum of 2+ years of management experience in a performance-driven environment
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury law and settlement negotiations
- Proven track record of leading teams and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze metrics and drive decision-making
- Experience with case management systems (Litify preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
