Sr Project Manager

A constantly growing pre-engineered metal building organization is expanding its project management team to support a pipeline of commercial and industrial steel building projects across domestic and international markets.

These roles own the full lifecycle of multiple projects from kickoff and scope development through final delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for their clients. The work combines technical coordination, financial oversight, and leadership across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial and Industrial PEMB Construction projects from kickoff through delivery
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and margins
• Coordinate scope development and design alignment with engineers and architects
• Lead internal teams and coordinate subcontractors and project partners
• Track project progress and mitigate risks affecting schedule or cost
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize resources effectively
• Maintain project documentation including reports, change orders, and closeout records

Required Experience

• 3-5+ years of PEMB construction project management experience (senior roles require additional experience)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (required)
• Experience managing project scope and coordinating design deliverables
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and client communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercial or industrial construction experience (residential-only backgrounds not considered)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

For international project role:

• Spanish fluency preferred

Work Setup & Compensation

Locations:

• South Florida (Senior Project Manager roles)
• Houston, Texas (Project Manager role)

Travel:
Approximately once per month depending on project location.
