Technical Service Manager – Miami
Based in Miami, you operate at the heart of our U.S. service organization, where performance and customer experience come together. At Wajer, “Without a worry” isn’t just a promise. It’s the level our owners expect, every day. As Technical Service Manager, you lead the technical operation behind that promise. Together with your team: a Lead Engineer, two Service Engineers, and a Parts Coordinator, you ensure our fleet is always in flawless condition.
You bring structure to a dynamic environment, lead from the front, and make sure everything runs exactly as it should, even when the pressure is on.
- Plan and manage capacity, skills, and continuity across the service hub
- Ensure a consistent “Without a worry – 9+ service level” for our clients, together with your international colleagues
- Manage and coordinate external local partners where needed
- Lead technical operations, including parts and warehouse management
- Oversee and take ownership of troubleshooting during the boating season
- Be ultimately responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance across the fleet
You will work closely with the Operations Manager USA and Project Manager USA, and report directly to the Area Manager USA.
What we offer- Competitive salary up to $85,000 annually
- Work in Miami, with 3–4 months per year in The Hamptons
- Housing support provided during assignments in The Hamptons
- Mileage reimbursement ($0.67 per mile)

- 15 days of paid time off
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, maritime, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical service environment
