We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical skills and experience delivering residential projects in Miami. The ideal candidate is comfortable coordinating directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities- Manage residential projects from schematic design through construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
- Prepare and review construction documents with a high level of detail.
- Manage schedules, project documentation, and internal workflows.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, site meetings, and punch lists.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- 6–8 years of professional architecture experience.
- Degree in Architecture (B.ArchorM.Arch).
- Strong experience with residential work in South Florida.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, coordination).
- Demonstrated Construction Administration experience across multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of Miami building codes, zoning, Building Department, and approvals.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
