Project Manager; Water​/Wastewater | South Florida

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager (PM) to build strategic business partnerships and deliver high‑profile projects for key municipal clients in South Florida.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle management, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
• Champion excellent client satisfaction, delivering projects that exceed expectations while adhering to health, safety, quality, and risk standards.
• Drive growth and opportunity through effective proposals, presentations, and negotiations based on deep market and client needs.
• Support development of a Florida Market Action Plan, diversifying and expanding client base.
• Show leadership with integrity and inclusion, supporting a diverse work environment.
• Develop, maintain, and advance client relationships, owning the Go/No‑Go process and win strategy.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations while managing budgets and margins.
• Drive client growth by working closely with project and sales teams to achieve overall satisfaction from relationship through delivery.
• Lead key pursuit activities during opening, middle, and end game, coordinating with sales operations.
• Build relationships with clients through face‑to‑face meetings and professional events.
• Coordinate internal teams—sales, operations, legal—to advance client strategy and project delivery.
• Obtain and distill feedback and indicators that influence mid‑game actions.

• B.S. or M.S. in engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in Water/Wastewater treatment, Conveyance projects, and municipal consulting.
• Florida‑registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong understanding of project delivery tools, metrics, and a proven history of leading teams to meet client expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, self‑motivation, team orientation, strong data analysis, technical problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships that result in new and repeat consulting work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $, with compensation based on location, experience, and qualifications.
