Folio Association Management (FAM) is seeking a highly organized, operations‑driven Operations Manager / Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to support and oversee the Miami division. This leadership and administrative role is responsible for driving operational standards and internal office performance, supporting regional leadership with onboarding, training, reporting, compliance, and process execution, and providing field support as a licensed CAM, including onsite coverage for communities during manager absences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the Miami office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Manage administrative staff and workflows, including client sale and rental applications, document control, recordkeeping, and office systems
- Maintain office infrastructure including supplies, systems, and vendor coordination
- Serve as a central liaison between Miami operations, regional leadership, and corporate support teams
- Support HR and leadership in onboarding of new hires
- Support RVP with team meetings and training events
- Monitor and enforce Folio’s operational standards across properties
- Review and audit manager reports and board packages, meeting minutes and agendas, property files and compliance documentation, technology platform usage (CINC accounting systems, communication tools, databases)
- Ensure consistency in budget timelines, year‑end processes, and compliance deliverables, insurance documentation and regulatory requirements
- Prepare executive‑level reporting and presentations for leadership
- Support regional leadership in supervising onsite teams, including staffing coordination, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed across properties
- Provide direct manager training on tools and systems as needed
- Serve as a licensed backup Community Association Manager for the Miami portfolio
- Provide onsite coverage for manager PTO or absences, staffing gaps or transitions, and new property onboarding
- Attend board meetings, manage vendor interactions, and support day‑to‑day operations when deployed onsite
- Step into active community management responsibilities as needed, ensuring continuity of service
- Maintain clear, professional communication with regional leadership, onsite managers and staff, and internal departments
- Assist in preparing internal communications related to staffing updates and operational changes

- Minimum 3–5 years of community association management experience (South Florida preferred)
- Experience in both administrative operations and onsite property management strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Florida Condominium & HOA regulations (Chapter 718 & 720), property operations, staffing models, and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Primary office‑based role in Sunrise with travel to local Miami properties as needed
- Flexibility required for associate new hire onboarding support, onsite coverage assignments, occasional evenings (board meetings), and emergency response situations
This position serves as the operational backbone of the Miami division, bridging lead office administration, support field operations, and brand leadership execution. Success requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution while maintaining high standards across both office and property environments.
