As Vice President of Sales, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive team. You will own the strategy, performance, and evolution of our North American sales organization driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and building a high-performance team that delivers results.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands‑on level
, shaping the future of our retail business while staying deeply connected to execution.
This role requires a strong on-site presence at our Apopka, Florida headquarters and offers the opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact on a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial company.

What You Will OwnDrive Growth and Strategy
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across major retail segments
- Shape and execute forward‑looking sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Partner with executive leadership to influence overall business direction
- Establish clear KPIs, scorecards, and performance expectations
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and results
- Elevate team capability through coaching, development, and structure
- Lead revenue growth, margin expansion, and demand planning strategies
- Optimize replenishment models and retail performance
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Deepen relationships with major retail partners
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, marketing, and product teams to bring innovative programs to market
- Ensure flawless execution across all customer programs
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior
- Identify white space opportunities and guide product and category strategy
- Bring a forward‑thinking, data‑driven perspective to the organization
- Proven success leading sales in a B2B, mass retail environment
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth
- Experience managing retail programs, inventory flow, and POS data
- A track record of building and leading high‑performing teams
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- A builder’s mindset. You don’t just manage systems; you improve and scale them
Experience in home décor, lawn and garden, manufacturing, or adjacent categories is a plus, but not required.
