For our client, we are seeking a Global Head Of Strategic Sourcing SVP - Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions.
The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a regulated financial services environment.
Location:
Miami, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Lead the global sourcing team to forge effective sourcing strategies across various categories.
- Evaluate sourcing processes for continuous improvement and partner with tech teams for productivity enhancement.
- Negotiate with key suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and publish KPIs to gauge sourcing effectiveness and initiatives.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and ensure adherence to company processes.
- 15+ years of professional experience, with 10+ years in sourcing team management.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing activities, processes, and procedures.
- Proven record in managing complex global sourcing projects and negotiations.
- Strategic mindset with strong financial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building and motivating teams.
