The Opportunity
The business is entering an exciting new chapter, with significant investment across key flagship locations and a renewed focus on brand heritage, elevated guest experience, service consistency, and leadership development. This is a strong platform for an ambitious General Manager to grow within a hospitality group that values mentorship, internal training, cross-venue exposure, and long-term career progression.
The General Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, financial performance, team leadership, facility standards, and the overall guest experience. Core responsibilities include:
- Lead daily operations with pace, precision, warmth, and visible floor presence.
- Uphold elevated standards across service, ambience, hospitality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement.
- Drive revenue, labor, payroll, scheduling, cost control, and core operating KPIs.
- Coach, develop, and hold management and hourly teams accountable through clear, active leadership.
- Partner with corporate, HR, culinary, beverage, events, and facilities to align execution, strategy, and compliance.
- Build a high-performance culture rooted in communication, accountability, development, and pride of service.
- Resolve guest and employee matters with discretion, sound judgment, and a hospitality-first approach.
- Support top talent attraction, retention, and brand representation with polish, integrity, and consistency.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, commercially astute, service-obsessed leader who is calm under pressure and highly effective in fast-moving environments. They will bring:
- Senior leadership experience of 8+ years in high-end, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume premium restaurant environments.
- Proven success leading large teams and high-revenue operations with urgency, discipline, and composure.
- Strong financial acumen across P&L, payroll, labor, scheduling, budgeting, and controllable costs.
- Commanding yet approachable floor presence, with excellent communication, judgment, and emotional intelligence.
- Deep understanding of front- and back-of-house execution, POS systems, compliance, cost controls, and cross-functional coordination.
- Exceptional guest recovery instincts and a clear understanding of elevated, anticipatory service.
- Ability to develop emerging leaders, reinforce standards, and build scalable operating systems.
- Manager-level food handler certification required; alcohol service certification preferred; hospitality degree or formal luxury service training a plus.

Measures of SuccessWithin the first six months, the General Manager will have strengthened operational consistency, elevated service standards, improved team engagement, and contributed meaningfully to revenue growth, guest loyalty, and overall brand momentum.
