Growing South Florida family law firm built on a foundation of excellence, client service, and team collaboration is seeking an experienced, proactive Office Manager to lead our operations, support our team, and help us continue delivering an exceptional client experience. This full‑time, in‑office position requires decisiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload while managing administrative responsibilities and assisting the firm’s leadership with executive functions and reporting to the Owner and Managing Attorney.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Coordinate and oversee staff activities, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Implement and maintain office systems and procedures to enhance productivity and client service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Assist the Owner and Managing Attorney with executive functions and strategic planning.
  • Manage office budgets and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee technology management, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning effectively.
Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of office management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with legal software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and client service standards in a legal setting.
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with composure and professionalism.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client and firm matters.
