The Person al Injury Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury team, ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake through the early stages of case development. This role supervises case managers and support staff, monitors case activity, and works closely with attorneys to ensure cases are organized, progressing, and handled according to firm standards.
