Our client is seeking a sophisticated, hands‑on Luxury Retail Operations Manager to lead the operational build‑out and launch of their second U.S. flagship boutique in the Miami Design District, while helping establish the operational infrastructure for future domestic expansion. Lead all operational aspects required to successfully open the Miami flagship, including:

• Construction coordination with general contractors, architects, and vendors
• Permit tracking and municipal approvals
• Certificate of Occupancy readiness
• Fire alarm approvals and inspections
• Elevator certification and inspections
• Electrical activation and meter setup
• ADA compliance verification
• Security system installation, CCTV, and vault readiness
• POS, telecom, Wi‑Fi, and back‑office infrastructure setup
• Insurance compliance and COI management
• Vendor scheduling and site access coordination
• Final punch‑list oversight
• Opening readiness audits and operational launch execution

• SOP development and implementation
• Opening and closing procedures
• Client hospitality standards
• Packaging standards and inventory management
• Inventory controls, cycle counts, and shrink prevention
• Jewelry handling protocols
• Repair and aftercare operations
• Vendor procurement and facilities management
