Summary
The Training Director, Americas will design and lead a comprehensive regional training strategy to elevate client experience and brand positioning across retail and wholesale channels. This senior role manages a team of training managers, partners with sales and marketing leadership, and aligns learning programs with TAG Heuer’s strategic initiatives. The position requires extensive travel across the Americas to deploy and measure training impact.
Responsibilities- Develop and roll out multi-format training programs including e-learning, experiential, and social learning for retail and wholesale teams.
- Champion brand elevation training on product knowledge, advanced movements, materials, and client journey best practices.
- Collaborate with VP Retail, regional sales leaders, and HQ to prioritize rollouts and address market-specific needs.
- Use client insights and data to inform training content and measure effectiveness.
- Manage the training project pipeline, budget, expenses, and relationships with HQ and Marketing.
- Lead and coach a distributed team of Training Managers and run regular team calls to share best practices.
- Support training for flagship and experiential retail environments to ensure consistent brand experiences.
- Minimum 10 years of training, learning, or development experience in a premium or luxury environment.
- Proven experience building training programs for retail and wholesale channels and measuring training impact.
- Strong leadership skills with experience motivating direct reports and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and an LMS.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and digital learning platforms.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the Americas, up to 70%.
- Spanish fluency required.
