Market Director of Performance Excellence

Our growing client has Collision Center Manager open for two locations in the south Florida area, emphasizing leadership and operational excellence in a collision repair environment.

  • Key Responsibilities: The Collision Center Manager is tasked with planning and implementing daily operations to meet KPIs and insurance metrics, establishing goals for shop success, and managing financial performance, including sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Team Management: The role requires strong leadership skills to coach team members, manage personnel retention, and facilitate training opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should have at least 3 years of management experience and 5 years in a collision or repair shop, along with knowledge of the insurance claims process and automotive industry experience. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are also vital

Your experience and background should match the key qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills: The candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities to manage and guide the team effectively
  • 3+ Years managing a team: The candidate should have at least three years of experience in managing a team.
  • 5+ Years leading a collision or repair shop department: The candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in leading a collision or repair shop department.
  • Good knowledge of the insurance claims process: The candidate should be well-versed in the insurance claims process
  • Experience in the automotive industry: The candidate should have relevant experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience: The candidate should be able to consistently provide a positive client experience
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing: The candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills: The candidate should be able to motivate and coach team members effectively
