Ns Technical Manager - Night
The Technical Manager is responsible for assisting the Technical Director in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all technical areas. The Technical Manager is the principal assistant in the operation, maintenance, and administration of the Technical Department. They oversee all routine maintenance and repairs regarding plant, power, sanitation, pools, waterpark, and facilities. The Technical Manager should possess a passion for delivering industry-leading service while demonstrating exemplary management and technical skills.
This role must have excellent communication, be able to prioritize, and be detailed orientated while establishing and driving a positive safe working environment. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International's Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
