Identify training and development requirements for new and existing employees with Private Destinations Leadership and the Learning & Development Department based on performance gaps, career paths, management consultation, and corporate strategy. Assist with the creation of the training matrix by position for both islands with the Private Destinations Leadership and the Learning & Development Department. Document and maintain training matrix in employee database (i.e. E1).
