TEAM LEADER

Job Summary:
The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating leadership and a positive, promotive working environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAs a Staff Manager / Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed.
Support business operations, policy and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
Oversight and monitoring of loss prevention methods, including protection of company assets.
Assist in training and development of new sales associates.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to constantly lift 10–35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push or pull a 55 lbs object.
