Mechanical Project Manager

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established mechanical subcontractor based in Tamarac, FL to assist in hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.

Prior experience as a Project Manager at a mechanical subcontractor is required. Experience on large-scale mechanical projects (hospitals preferred) is also required.

• Create, plan, schedule & execute all projects as assigned
• Understand contracts, prepare estimates, change orders, etc.
• Coach & mentor employees
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Coordinate manpower with Field Ops team & subcontractors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule & within budget
• Assure compliance with procedures & rules set by leadership team

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 5+ years project management experience required
• Experience with mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal
• Experience working on hospital projects
• Effective communication & leadership skills
• Experience leading multiple projects at one time
• Experience on projects $1M+
• Ability to drive to job sites as required

• Salary $110-120k+ base (range based on experience)
