Position Overview

The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties across the Miami area, ensuring compliance, tenant satisfaction, and strong financial performance. This role requires regular on-site presence, primarily supporting properties in Miami with weekly travel to an office in South Broward.

This position involves managing maintenance, vendor relationships, and tenant communications while supporting leasing activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations across multiple commercial properties, including occupancy, tenant compliance, maintenance, emergencies, repairs, and construction projects
  • Travel between assigned properties (primarily Coconut Grove and Tamiami) to conduct routine inspections and ensure overall property standards
  • Maintain a weekly presence at the East Fort Lauderdale office for coordination, reporting, and team collaboration
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor work, upgrades, and service schedules across all locations
  • Maintain building security, access systems, parking oversight, and emergency protocols at each property
  • Respond to and resolve property-related issues, including after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, fire, and regulatory requirements across properties
  • Maintain accurate property records, incident reports, and documentation
  • Support hurricane preparedness and emergency planning across all sites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants across multiple properties, handling communications related to occupancy, payments, maintenance, and compliance
  • Track tenant documentation, insurance certificates, permits/licenses, and manage move-in/move-out processes
  • Assist with rent collection, payment tracking, and account management
  • Develop and manageproperty budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and expense tracking
  • Review invoices, assist with receivables, and monitor operating expenses
  • Prepare and submit monthly management and financial reports
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing bids, coordinating services, and overseeing projects
  • Support leasing efforts across assigned properties, including conducting showings and assisting with lease execution
Required Experience/Skills
  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience (industrial or office preferred)
  • CAM reconciliation experience required
  • Proven experience managing and forecasting property budgets
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi required
  • Experience managing multiple properties and working across different locations
  • Ability to travel regularly between properties and maintain a consistent on-site presence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience /Skills
  • Experience in multi-tenant, fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-volume responsibilities
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
