This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager located in Miami, FL. The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the veterinary practice, including managing staff, ensuring a high level of client service, and optimizing practice performance. Responsibilities include scheduling, compliance with health regulations, managing budgets, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires collaboration with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in business management, budgeting, and operational planning
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of veterinary healthcare operations, practices, and compliance is a plus
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using management software
• Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare management role is highly desirable
