Regional Director, Fine Jewelry And Timepieces - Southeast

Summary

The Fine Jewelry & Timepiece Regional Director is a business driver and liaison between the FJ&T business unit and retail teams to ensure regional strategies and initiatives are executed. The role manages all aspects of the FJ&T business across assigned stores, including sales execution, training, client development, and inventory oversight. The Regional Director leads and mentors store leaders and sales teams to achieve sales targets and grow the High Jewelry segment.

• Travel to assigned FJ&T stores and events to assess markets, teams, inventory, and client bases.
• Partner with Regional VPs and store leadership to drive category performance and achieve annual sales targets.
• Ensure a 360° approach to FJ&T including assortment, training, in-store client experience, operations, and events.
• Coach and mentor leadership teams and Client Advisors, support portfolio development and High Jewelry viewings and events.
• Monitor operational performance including stock organization, safe management, selling tools, and visual standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop regional FJ&T talent and manage a Regional Jewelry and Timepiece Sales Manager.

• 7-8 years of retail store management experience, preferably in a Fine Jewelry & Timepiece setting.
• Proven track record presenting High Jewelry and selling to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Experience handling multi-million-dollar sales volume and driving regional sales performance.
• Ability to travel frequently both locally and internationally.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and client development skills.
