Job Type: Full-time.

• Communicate with appropriate departments to get forecasts of incoming inventory to schedule Associates accordingly.
• Monitoring dealership activity and ensuring the location is properly equipped and staffed to support the dealership needs.
• Daily periodic walks around the dealership lot and showroom to check inventory and inspect work needing to be completed.
• Ensuring all work is recorded and delegated in the system.
• Hiring, training, and coaching Associates.
• Assessing Associate performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
• Ensuring Associates follow Company policies, processes and procedures.
• Controlling and maintaining labor cost to maximize budgets.
• Drive productivity while meeting quality expectations.
• Inspecting the quality of work being completed.
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers or associates.
• Willingness to step in and work any job function necessary to insure 100% customer satisfaction.

• Prior detailing Management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to walk, crouch, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Undergo background and drug test.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
