PositionManager Trainee – a leadership role within the home‑improvement industry.
Job OverviewOur company is growing and we are hiring individuals who want to advance into leadership roles. We provide full training and mentorship to our team members.
Responsibilities- Canvass older neighborhoods to identify old original windows and damaged roofing.
- Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations for windows, roofing, and bathrooms.
- Learn how to train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers.
- Outgoing personality.
- Money motivated.
- Driven to achieve goals.
- Must have a car or truck.
Salary, commission, and bonus – earn $50,000 to $125,000 per year. Full training is provided and there are career growth opportunities.
