We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations in Miami, FL. This leadership role is responsible for driving branch performance, growing revenue, developing employees, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong financial acumen, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to build high‑performing teams.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Do Business Growth
- Execute regional growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead branch service and construction operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Partner with Account Management and Business Development to strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Manage branch risk and opportunity pipelines to support financial commitments.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own branch financial performance, including P&L, revenue, margin, and EBITDA.
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation.
- Assist with forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, training requirements, and inventory controls.
- Review billing transactions, expenses, warranty work, credits, and administrative functions within established authority.
- Monitor branch KPIs and implement action plans to improve operational performance.
- Partner with internal departments to support service agreement renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing leaders.
- Build an engaged, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
- Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings, KPI reviews, and team planning sessions.
- Foster strong collaboration between Service and Modernization teams.
- Maintain positive relationships with local union representatives.
- Lead by example while promoting company values and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing a fast‑paced service organization.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading profitable business operations.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience reviewing estimates, field change orders, and operational budgets.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop successful teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
- Work is performed in a typical office environment with occasional visits to customer job sites and ride‑alongs with field technicians.
