Social Account Manager​/Project Manager

Overview

We are a global social and content agency expanding into Miami, Florida. We are looking for a Social Account Manager to oversee delivery of complex social content projects and support growth in our new office.

• Act as the key client contact on large retained social accounts, building strong relationships and handling challenging situations.
• Lead and present strategic and creative thinking to senior clients, positioning yourself as a consultant.
• Guardian and catalyst for best‑in‑class innovative content, working closely with creatives and evaluating strategy success.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of large accounts and complex projects, demonstrating agility and clarity from both client and internal perspectives.
• Manage effective collaboration within accounts, ensuring quality control and proactivity, and serve as escalation point when necessary.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on proposals, pitches and other cross‑disciplinary initiatives.
• Take ownership of commercial targets, working with the Growth team and motivating the core team to meet objectives.

• Must‑Haves: Agency experience at an Account Manager level or equivalent social & content background; proven management of large or complex accounts in a leading role; excellent project management capabilities and eye for best‑practice delivery; confident, consultative approach with senior clients; strong collaboration with internal specialists and external stakeholders.
• Nice‑to‑Haves: Experience with both B2B and B2C clients; influencer experience; experience with global clients.

• Hybrid working – two days in the office per week.
