Boutique Director - Miami Design District

Summary

The Boutique Director will lead and develop the sales and operations of the Miami Design District boutique to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets. This role combines hands‑on sales leadership with strategic store management, mentoring a team to deliver personalized, memorable client experiences across in‑store and omnichannel touchpoints. The director will also cultivate community relationships and partnerships to drive local business growth.

• Lead, develop, and support the boutique team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Deepen client relationships and drive lifetime loyalty and spend through personalized service and outreach.
• Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to consistently exceed targets.
• Provide on‑floor sales leadership, coaching the team on selling ceremony and customer experience standards.
• Hire, mentor, and develop talent, creating clear growth paths and recognition programs.
• Optimize hospitality, store amenities, and events to elevate the client experience both in store and through omnichannel activities.
• Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to build partnerships and generate revenue.
• Act on client feedback to continuously improve service and operational performance.

• Minimum 5 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading store teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video‑telephony tools (e.g., Zoom).
• Proven history of relationship development within the community to drive results.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations; multilingual is a plus.
