The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations to optimize sales, inventory management, and client relationships while ensuring high luxury service standards. This role contributes to team development, operational excellence, and achieving store performance objectives.

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and delegating tasks.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and supporting the sales process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with top clients and manage VIC initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members; lead team meetings.
• Participate in recruiting and selection of new staff with HR partners.
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and stock consolidations.
• Oversee after sales operations such as alterations and repairs.
• Manage store expenses and contribute to profit and loss optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, labor laws, and internal policies.

• Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to travel and work weekends as required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
