Reporting to the Regional Leader, you are responsible for daily operations, troubleshooting technical and operational challenges, and managing the team to deliver an exceptional gaming experience.
This is a full‑time, permanent position at our new store location in Miami (Kendall). Address:

- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and communicate company expectations.
- Create a lasting customer experience and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Understand key performance indicators.
- Maintain brand consistency through customer experiences and local events.
- Perform regular inspections of front desk and gaming areas.
- Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Prevent security or safety concerns by adhering to procedures, providing training, and identifying risks.
- Provide regular updates to Regional Leader on store operations, facility issues, and suggestions for improvement.
- Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance process flow.
- Audit and own inventory process flow, managed by the Team Lead for maintenance, merchandise, and vending products.
- Schedule staff to ensure peak periods are properly staffed.
- Lead hiring of new employees and create a talent pipeline.
- Manage employee performance, including accountability coaching and development.
- Participate in planning meetings to roll out training and initiatives.
- Identify and implement improvements, and communicate updates to the team.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Strong collaborative team skills.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and employees.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening and speaking.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Multitasking in both team leadership and operational performance.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods (typically 8 hours).
- Physical demands include bending, stooping, reaching, cleaning, and using hand and power tools, occasional ladder use.
- Work in environment with bright flashing lights, loud music, and fog.
- Wearing PPE, handling cleaning chemicals, and following safety protocols.
- Willing to work shifts ranging from 8 AM to 1 AM.
