  • Organize and facilitate weekly project team meetings, including agendas, follow‑ups, action items, and documentation of key decisions.
  • Ensure approved projects have appropriate resources assigned and that project management methodologies and standards are consistently applied.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date portfolio of all active projects across the organization.
  • Facilitate the project prioritization process in partnership with key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure canceled, deferred, and on‑hold projects are properly documented, tracked, and communicated.
  • Ensure projects follow defined close‑out processes, including completion documentation and payback/benefits realization activities.
  • This role supports the full Commercial organization, including Marketing, Revenue Management, Contact Center Operations, Sales, and Global Commercial, by guiding new objectives through a structured intake and prioritization process.
  • Coordinate and manage communications across multiple departments regarding project disposition, including approvals, denials, status changes, and completions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments with minimal structure; able to apply the right level of formality and governance as needed.
  • Strong judgment in selecting and applying appropriate project management techniques based on project complexity, risk, and organizational needs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
