As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

Operating Director – Full‑Time

Location:

Fort Lauderdale, FL

• Competitive starting salary

• Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Culture referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and scheduling: hire, onboard, and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities.
• In‑home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial management: oversee office budget and profit & loss statements.
• Cultivate a workplace of choice for the territory, incentivizing, motivating, and setting a positive tone of team morale.

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
