The HVAC Branch Service Manager owns the day‑to‑day service business processes and team management to ensure customer satisfaction and financial objectives are met. The role includes implementing business processes and service applications, driving proficiency of branch staff, and ensuring financial objectives through forecasting, analysis and process adherence.

• Own the day‑to‑day tactical local service business and manage defined business processes to deliver high customer satisfaction and positive business results.
• Work with Truck Based Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to forecast and analyze financial objectives.
• Directly supervise the service business support team (account management, asset management, invoicing, file maintenance, service order posting, etc.).
• Provide coaching and support to all branch service teams, implementing business best practices and service applications.
• Drive service business processes and applications through the local service organization; act as subject‑matter expert.
• Ensure training, communication, measurement and reinforcement of processes and service applications.
• Implement and maintain delivery standards consistent with BSNA objectives for sustainable, profitable growth.
• Perform duties related to customer satisfaction and strategic actualization, including development of service team business plans and account management of service customers.

• Minimum of 5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or dispatch/scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
• Capability to handle multiple projects, tasks and issues simultaneously with tact, cooperation and persistence.
• Prioritization skills based on financial impact and business goals.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with basic project accounting or costing principles.
• Positive representation of Johnson Controls and communication at all organizational levels.
• Influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks and goals.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $120,000 – $160,000 (salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data).

Competitive bonus plan based on individual, group and corporate performance.
