About the role
The Retail Design Project Manager will oversee the entire Americas region, including LATAM and TR, for both brands:
Parfums de Marly and Initio Parfums Prives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the successful completion of all retail projects from inception to closeout, as well as managing all necessary repairs within the region.
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage all stages of retail projects, from planning to final closeout, including bidding, execution, installation, and project completion.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes. Coordinate with external contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Budget & Schedule Oversight: Maintain strict control over budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Review detailed shop drawings and ensure all work meets brand standards. Perform site visits to monitor progress and quality.
- Administrative Duties: Handle contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor records. Collaborate with internal accounting teams to manage project finances.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Oversee any necessary repairs or updates to existing retail environments.
- Collaboration with Retail Store Planning Teams: Work closely with retailer store planning teams to secure project approvals, ensure compliance with brand and regulatory requirements, and align scheduling for seamless execution.

Experience:
- 3+ years of retail project management experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, including bidding, contracting, and vendor management.

- Ability to manage projects across multiple regions and teams.
- A background in architecture, design, or a related field is strongly preferred.
