Operations and Warehouse Manager

Role Description The Operations and Warehouse Manager is a full-time, hands-on role based in Miami, FL, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities and operational workflows. This position manages inventory processes, supervising warehouse staff, coordinating schedules, and training team members on proper handling, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor team members
• Day-to-day communication with client and customer service at the highest level
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices
• Coordinate with other teams to support overall operations
• Oversee daily activities across facility divisions

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, ideally at a larger organization
• Hands-on operational experience managing both office functions and a team
• Bachelor's degree, preferably relevant, from an accredited university
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness with computers and software
• Experience developing and maintaining work processes and protocols
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Experience supervising teams and fostering collaboration
