Our client is a category-defining provider of AI-powered Help Desk and student engagement solutions, trusted by over 200 colleges and universities across North America. They deliver round-the-clock IT and student support through cloud contact centers and intelligent automation, helping institutions scale student success, reduce costs, and improve satisfaction. With strong fundamentals, a growing customer base, and scalable infrastructure already in place, the company is preparing for its next phase of growth.

We're hiring a President to lead from the front, someone who has built at scale, owns outcomes, and can architect and execute growth while keeping cash and culture in check. This is a CEO-level role for a builder. You'll own the full P&L, lead cross-functional execution, and partner closely with the Chairperson and Board to position the company for strategic expansion and long-term value creation, potentially leading to a strategic exit or IPO.

Reports to the Chairperson and Board of Directors.

• Full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth, managing margins, and controlling burn across all lines
• Leading the company from its current stage through to the next raise, strategic investment, or exit
• Company-level GTM strategy, defining and executing a scalable motion across product, sales, customer success, and delivery
• Aligning product and distribution, driving roadmap decisions that support commercial success and market differentiation
• Leading a high-performing team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Ops, inspiring, developing, and holding them accountable
• Strengthening operating discipline through forecasting, dashboards, team-level OKRs, and functional scorecards
• Acting as the face of the company to investors, enterprise customers, partners, and media when needed

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, preferably Ed Tech
• Experience as a P&L owner, ideally through a real inflection point
• A track record leading Series B+ companies through scale-up, transformation, or exit
• Strong understanding of both product development and GTM execution
• Experience building and leading cross-functional organizations, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Ops, and Marketing
• Proven success operating under capital efficiency and growth pressure
• The ability to drive execution while managing risk, investor expectations, and market timing
• Prior experience with higher education technology or support is required
