• Manage and coach a team of BDC representatives to achieve appointment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals
• Oversee inbound and outbound call performance, internet leads, and CRM follow-up processes
• Develop effective phone scripts, lead management strategies, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and appointments
• Monitor daily activities, reporting, and results to ensure consistent productivity
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to maintain a high-performing department

• Earning Potential: $100k – $200k+ annually (base salary plus bonuses)
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  Prior BDC or call center management experience in the automotive industry preferred

• Proven track record of leading a successful BDC or sales team
