Visionworks in Miami, FL is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead store operations in the absence of the General Manager. This role reports to the GM and focuses on floor leadership, coaching staff, and achieving sales and service goals.
The position is full-time with a pay rate of $28–$34 per hour. The candidate will oversee patient experiences, doctor appointments, eyewear services, and ensure a simple, human, and bold journey for customers.
