We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required.
Compensation & Perks- $150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
- Company vehicle + gas allowance
- Autonomy to build and run your region like it's your own business
- Hiring and onboarding canvassers
- Training reps on scripts and objection handling
- Setting daily/weekly performance goals
- Managing schedules and territories
- Coaching in the field
- Tracking KPIs and reporting results
- Proven experience managing a canvassing team
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable working in the field
- Reliable transportation
