Salary Range: $72,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a hands-on office Manager to oversee facilities, general services, vendor management, contracts, and indirect procurement across our South Florida operations.

• Manage facilities operations across three locations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, security, waste, utilities, and other facility services.
• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and conduct competitive bidding.
• Manage indirect purchasing and operating supplies.
• Identify cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
• Coordinate company fleet administration.
• Manage lease-related operational matters and landlord relationships.
• Support operational insurance administration and renewals.
• Prepare and control Facilities and General Services budgets.
• Monitor vendor SLAs and contract compliance.
• Maintain contract, renewal, maintenance, and compliance documentation.

• 3+ years of relevant facilities, operations, or related management experience.
• Experience managing a warehouse, distribution center, showroom, retail environment, or multi-site operation strongly preferred.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract-management experience.
• Experience managing operating budgets and controlling costs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• English required;
  Spanish strongly preferred.
• CFM/FMP certification is a plus.
