The salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,00, yearly. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

This position is to ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and within scope, on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong customer relationship and interface skills . The incumbent will work closely with Customer Management and United Utility personnel in Operations, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Purchasing and the PMO. Primary duties will include overall responsibility for the management of all aspects of the program, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are documented and completed in accordance with company policies and all regulations and laws.

• Perform daily project deliverables and effectively communicate these to the project team.
• Assigned program is multi- discipline in nature, multi stakeholder involvement and financial risk exposure profile requiring management reporting communications.
• Responsible for taking the necessary action to see that the projects are completed efficiently, on time and within the established budgets.
• Drive consensus, communicate responsibilities, and ensure ownership and accountability.
• Escalate risks and issues to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
• Identify and communicate lessons learned and incorporate into projects as best practices.
• Integrates and manages a cross functional project team to develop appropriate project roles and responsibilities.
• Driving work products by coordinating and working with Operations Leads and Engineering to track and execute client deliverables.
• Manages the team’s development of a comprehensive project plan, schedule, communications plan and change control methodology .
• Facilitates daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with internal stakeholders and Customer Execution Team.
• Manages customer driven accrual and reporting process.
• Manages execution of the project plan and change control management process .
• Manages project close out in a timely manner to support business goals .
• Provides clear, concise, and comprehensive reports for management .
• Provides guidance to project support associates.
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
