Job Description THE MISSIONHelp the business drive and accelerate a higher level of profitable topline growth by identifying, prioritizing, deploying, and scaling digital, AI-enabled, and sustainability-driven commercial capabilities that create competitive advantage, improve seller effectiveness, strengthen customer value propositions, and unlock new growth opportunities.
ROLE OVERVIEWThe Commercial Digital, AI & Sustainability Director role reports to the Vice President of Growth. The role serves as a business partner to Commercial, Marketing, Sustainability, Innovation, IT, and Business Unit leaders globally, driving the development and deployment of next-generation commercial capabilities that accelerate growth and improve commercial effectiveness.
