Process Manufacturing Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process / Manufacturing Manager with a strong background in extrusion blow molding to lead production operations for plastic bottle manufacturing. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize processes for quality, efficiency, and throughput.

Manage, operate, and maintain extrusion blow molding equipment (Uniloy, Bekum, Fischer). Oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met.

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and identify root causes to prevent defects and downtime.
• Lead and assist in process improvement initiatives, including scrap reduction.
• Lead and assist in process improvement initiatives, including cycle time and production efficiency optimization.
• Lead and assist in process improvement initiatives, including documentation updates and best practice implementation.
• Ensure all production processes adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
• Train and mentor production teams on proper machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve operational flow.
• Maintain accurate reporting on production performance and process deviations.

• 7+ years of experience in extrusion blow molding operations (HDPE, PP, or PET preferred).

• Strong working knowledge of Uniloy, Bekum, and/or Fischer blow molding machines.
• Hands-on mechanical and process troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify and correct process deviations proactively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-training abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

• Work Schedule:
  
  8 to 10-hour workdays, 1st Shift (Day Shift)
