Stockroom Supervisor - Miami, FL

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Stockroom Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Location:

Miami, Florida, United States.

• Supervise all stockroom activities such as receiving, storing, and issuing parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Lead, train, and evaluate stockroom personnel to ensure good performance and adherence to standard procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts and materials availability.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

This position requires close attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a stockroom/warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and cycle counting.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Must be able to work in teams.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Visual acuity to read labels, part numbers, and documentation.
