Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator – Manufacturing

Location: Miami, FL

Shift: Rotating schedule (Week 1: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Week 2: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Language Requirement: Must speak Spanish

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
• Feed materials into machines and ensure continuous workflow
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Identify and report mechanical issues to maintenance teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and compliance procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Must be reliable and able to work a rotating shift schedule
• Must speak Spanish
