The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.

• Operate and set up computerized numerical control machines: lasers CNC/EDM, CNC machining centers, CNC grinders.
• Utilize measuring tools to inspect parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when required.
• Conduct R&D of new programming.
• Perform manual machining operations.
• Perform other tasks in the facility as needed.

• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years+ experience in machining, measuring equipment, CNC set‑up, and program editing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and/or work in‑process documents.
• Math and computer technology skills, including the ability to read and use measurement tools.

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and co‑workers.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.

• Apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Regular standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Maintaining close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
