• Be involved with continuous improvement program (5S) on the production.
• Assist in Job Set‑ups.
• Run job on machine as assigned.
• Verify that all proper information on process sheet is followed when running (for each individual job).
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment at all times in the working area.
• Observe the continuous operation of the automation machine.
• Correctly load input batches into the production terminal (HYDRA) and print output batches to the correct quantity.
• Verify the information inputted aligns with the process sheet.
• Audit finish goods for visual acceptance and understand the defect/reject criteria.
• Maintain records of any studies in progress.
• Follow work instructions along with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve/perform to the daily targets and outputs.
• For issues with the machine, parts or production terminal (HYDRA) seek the Automation Lead or Production Supervisor for assistance.
• Take part samples to Quality and document in submission book.
• Stop the machine if a quality or safety concern arises.
• Verify with Supervisor or Production Manager that job is completed.
• Clean machine and surrounding areas, during job run and after job completion.
• Identify and investigate downtime as needed and applicable.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have an understanding of manufacturing practices.
• Able to read and understand Work Instructions.
• Produce accurate documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Procedures.
• Ability to lift materials of an average weight of 50 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime and weekends.
